____________
Libby Brayshaw is the first-born daughter of Sir Norman and Lady Isham.
She is a charity consultant who has worked with a variety of charities in the UK and across the globe from China and Japan to Africa. A former Executive Director for Collaboration and Partnership of the Global Links Initiative, she has been involved with TME (Thare Machi Education), East London’s Bromley by Bow Healthy Living Centre, the Cotswolds’ Stanton Guildhouse, and–currently–the Paper Furniture Social Enterprise based in Hampshire.
The Paper Furniture Social Enterprise was inspired by Jean and Kennett Westmacott’s work and developed by Libby with Sue Todd to support the work of Cerebral Palsy Africa.
She and her husband Richard Brayshaw work from their home, New Hill, in rural Hampshire (where they are pictured together). A prize-winning professional art photographer, he exhibits frequently. His work is part of the Collection of the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham as well as many private collections.
Along with her brother Richard Isham, Libby is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lamport Hall Preservation Trust.
____________
Richard Isham is the elder of Sir Norman and Lady Isham’s two sons and thus heir to the Baronetcy.
He is a Partner in the London law firm, Wedlake Bell, and specializes in employment law. This makes him one of three lawyers in the family, a fact which is the subject of one of the AAIAA Documents:
41 Edward – Charles – Richard Isham – Lawyers
Along with his sister Libby, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lamport Hall Preservation Trust. As of 2016, he is Chair of the Trust’s board.
Richard has two sons, Angus and Charles (Charlie), who attended the AAIAA launch with him. Angus and Charlie appear on the left in the photograph above and second and third from right, respectively, in the accompanying photo with cousins Max Isham, second from left, and Lady Lucy French, right. Both photos are from that day.
Richard’s remarks at the memorial service for his uncle, Sir Ian, are available here as well as on The Baronetcy section of this website as part of the entry on Sir Ian.
____________
Vere Isham is the younger son of Sir Norman and Lady Isham.
His wife Lynne (Armishaw) Isham is Owner of the Modern Garden Company, and he is its Product Development Director. The company offers a wide range of garden furniture, canopies, and accessories in styles ranging from contemporary to “timeless”.
They have two sons, Max and Oscar, who joined them in attending the 2013 AAIAA launch along with Lynne’s mother Barbara Armishaw.
During that day, Lynne is pictured on Lamport Hall’s front lawn with sister-in-law Libby Brayshaw, and Vere and Lynne are pictured in the vestibule with George Drye, Executive Director of the Lamport Hall Preservation Trust.
